Beck's Auto Center

Becks Auto Center is a great place to get an oil change. The staff are so friendly and efficient. My oil change was completed in a very timely manner. While I was waiting I was offered a beverage and a snack that was so sweet. The waiting was very welcoming and nice and clean. The experience was fantastic. Pricing was very reasonable. Will be returning and recommend them to others. Rita Shoaf

Had my timing chain replaced on my 2013 audi allroad I was concerned about piston rings so they did a compression test to verify for my sake no extra charge. Let me see my vehicle taken apart to learn more. Really appreciated that. Car runs like it’s brand new. The quality of work with warranty on work for 36k well worth the price. Thank you !

All around phenomenal service. Mike Jeffries, customer service manager, was attentive to my concerns, provided thorough explanation of problems found, explained plan to address those problems, and stayed in contact with me while they worked on my car for a week. He followed up after work was completed to make sure all issues had been resolved. They Even provided a loaner car which I considered to be out of the nor, but truly thankful for. Absolutely, hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at an automotive shop. I trust they would treat you with the same respect, patience, and communication that I received. Becks has a new customer for life!

My car was in bad condition, and I was looking for a reliable, affordable place for repairs. I did thorough research before choosing Beck's Auto, and it turns out I went to the right place. They offer swift communication, timely repairs, and a detailed diagnosis—which is exactly what a customer needs. Highly recommend!"

I’ve taken both of my vehicles to Beck’s for routine maintenance and they do a fantastic job for a very reasonable/competitive price! If they find any other issues as part of their inspection, they present the information in a very easy to understand way for a non-mechanic unlike most other shops. All around would recommend Beck’s for everything from standard oil changes to major work. Needless to say will be returning with my vehicles as long as I’m in the Lafayette area.
